  1. The email address for your account is incorrect. Please send us your correct email address. 
  2. It could be in your Spam or Junk folder. Please add support@securly.com in your email contact list. 
  3. You have unsubscribed from the report. Please send us an email stating you would like to resubscribe to parent reports. 
  4. There is no activity to report for your child.
