Step 1: Go to your system preferences

Step 2: Go to printer & scanners

Step 3: Click on the printer desired BW or Color

Step 4: Click option & supplies then click options

Step 5: Click Large Capacity Tray and choose the printer

Step 6: Click Output Tray Options: Choose a finisher

Printing with staple options

Step 1: Go to your document-click print or click print on your top menu bar

Step 2: There will be a layout of settings- Go to Copies & Pages and click the down arrow.

Step 3: Click printer features

Step 4: Click staple- there will be an option for 1 or 2 staples.

Step 5: Click print

(You can also select this as a preset on the preset option so the steps will not be repeated)
