If you find that your print job doesn't leave the computer, please check to see if you have a message in print queue.

1 - Click the Apple logo in the top left corner.

2 - Click on "System Preferences"

3 - Click on "Printers & Scanners"

4 - Double-click on the printer you are trying to print to

5 - Make sure printer is not paused.  If you see a button that says, "resume," please click it.

6 - Make sure printer is not "waiting for authentication" - If you see this message, click on the little circular arrow icon to the right of the print job and re-enter your password.

If your printing issues are not resolved by the steps above, please submit a ticket.

Root Causes:  Printer has been paused.  User has changed password and not updated the password for printing.  Attempting to print to a printer that is offline can cause printer to pause as well.
