Smartboard base: If the base of the soudboard is not lighting up and cannot calibrate.
1.Keep the smartboard plug in the computer
2. Shutdown your computer(turn off)
3. Turn your computer back on (lights come back on all pens)
4. Calibrate(push two buttons on the base)
5. Test pen or use finger to make sure its correct.
